Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Please note that processing times may vary during promotional periods and high-demand seasons.
  • Orders Monday-Friday ordered before 5 PM will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders Friday past 5 PM, Saturday-Sunday, will be shipped the following week. 

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options and estimated delivery times are available during checkout.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping to countries.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link or by logging into your Magic Nail Supply account.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • Magic Nail Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional charges may apply for address corrections.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Magic Nail Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the respective shipping carrier with your tracking information.
